The employee perspective

Every employee has the right to ask questions regarding the basic employment contract between themselves and their employer. Employees at all levels need answers to these in order to manage their career

4) What happens if I do it right?
5) What happens if I do it wrong?
6) How do I get help?
7) How do I get feedback?
8) What am I paid?
9) How do I get ahead?
10) How do I start? 

Managing the Task not the Person

Management is about achieving results through the efforts of others. Management is not about controlling others. Management success is defined in terms of results achieved. Management is responsible to the entire organization.
